Shipment:
- We offer PAN India services to all our customers and both serviceable and non-serviceable zones.
- Shipments to non-serviceable zones are subject to the approval of our logistic team.
- Once the shipment is concluded, we shall notify you with our deliverypartner details and tracking number or Airway bill number.
Return Policy:
- Email us at contact@ishqme.com or Whatsapp RETURN or EXCHANGE on 9080328595. Once the request is placed, the IshqMe team will verify your request and check for the bill, tags, and other necessary things.
- Subject to the approval of the team, a return request will be accepted and pickup shall be arranged. The customers are required to pack the products with the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Once the pickup is initiated and the product reaches the warehouse, we will verify the products for quality and usage checks.
- Refund will be initiated within 30 days from the date of reverse pickup and as per the refund policy.
