What makes Ishqme Products unique and special?

Original Designs - All ishqme products are original designs. We have a team of talented designers who keep track of the latest trends and customer preferences. Based on the insight and understanding of trends and preferences, they create unique designs and collections.

Will the stone color in my jewellery get discolored?

You can buy our natural stoned jewelry with the confidence that it will not fade with day-to-day use. Please avoid any physical harm or other exposure to any acidic chemicals, and the stones in your jewelry will stay as good as new!

What if I need a different size in the same style I have purchased?

In case you are confused about your size, do write to us at contact@ishqme.com or call us at 91-9080328595. If you would like a different size in the same style that you have purchased, you will need to go through the following steps:
1. Contact us to schedule a reverse pickup, or alternatively, you can send it to us.
2. Once the unused product is received at our end, we will ship out the new size, provided it is in good condition and not damaged in any form.

I need help with styling

Well, you're in luck! We offer complimentary styling advice to all our customers. Simply write in to contact@ishqme.com and our styling agent will be replying to you with free styling tips and recommendations, or feel free to check out our blog or Instagram for some styling inspiration! We will soon be launching personal styling tips by a professional styling consultant through video calls. Drop us an email, and we will intimate you once this service is launched.

ORDER TRACKING AND SHIPPING RELATED

Below are some of the common questions about tracking & shipping.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier company name are sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner website and enter the AWB # to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery. Should you have any questions about your order dispatch, please call us or email us +91 9080328595 or contact@ishqme.com

My product has not been delivered yet. The number given by the courier partner is not reachable. How do I contact them?

We sincerely apologize in case your order is delayed. Please reach out to us on 9080328595 or contact@ishqme.com with your order number and we will escalate the matter to the shipping partner on your behalf

I was not available to collect my order. Will the delivery be reattempted?

Yes. If you were unavailable to collect your order, our courier partner will attempt the delivery up to two more times. If you are aware of your future unavailability, please do inform our customer care team on 9080328595 or contact@ishqme.com & order number so that we can organize for the delivery at a later day

How can I change my delivery address?

Simply write in to contact@ishqme.com with your order number and new address at least 1 working day before your scheduled delivery and our customer support team will update our system for you!

The order has been shipped, but I would like to cancel it.

Sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your order. Please note that your order has already been shipped, so we request that you please refuse the delivery of the product, and the item will be sent back to us. If this is a prepaid order, we will initiate the refund once you have refused the delivery. Just for feedback, please do let us know what caused you to cancel your order; this will help us improve in the future.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES RELATED

I received my order but I'd like to exchange it for something else

We completely understand if you want to change your mind after receiving a product you have ordered. Simply write in to us at contact@ishqme.com with your order number and the items to exchange with, and our customer happiness agent will follow up with you promptly. Kindly note only items with original packaging in brand new condition will be accepted for exchange.

I have created a return request. When will the product be picked up?

The number of days to pick up a product may vary as per the logistics team that will be assigned to pick up your product. The product will be picked anywhere between 4 – 7 days.

I have created a return request. When will I get the refund?
  1. A logistics partner has been assigned to pick up the order from your address. Please make sure the
    Items are packed in the original packaging and ready for pickup. This will take 4–7 days.
  2. Once we receive the items at our warehouse and find the product in good condition, we will initiate
    the refund.
  3. We will need your bank details to refund the amount. Please share with us bank details to transfer the
    amount, following details are required:
  • Account Holder name (Your name)
  • Account Number
  • Bank name
  • Bank branch name
  • IFSC Code (use this link to find your bank branch's IFSC code)

Is IshqME having an offline store?

Yes, Ishqme has launched a first store in Adyar, Chennai. Please visit to experience new fashion trends. More store launches are planned in the coming months.

How will I detect fraudulent emails/calls seeking sensitive personal and confidential information?

If you receive an e-mail or a call from a person/association claiming to be from IshqME seeking sensitive confidential information like a debit/credit card PIN, net-banking password, or mobile banking password, we request that you never provide such confidential and personal data. We at IshqME or our affiliate logistics partner never ask for such confidential and personal data. If you have already revealed such information, report it immediately to an appropriate law enforcement agency.
