Will the stone color in my jewellery get discolored?

You can buy our natural stoned jewelry, with the confidence that it will not fade with day to day
use. Please avoid any physical harm or other exposure to any acidic chemicals and the stones in your jewelry will stay good as new!
What if I need a different size in the same style I have purchased?

In case you are confused about your size, do write to us atcontact@ishqme.comor call us at 91-9080328595. If you would like a different size in the same style that you have purchased, you will need to go through the following steps:
1. Contact us to schedule a reverse pickup or alternatively you can send it to us.
2. Once the unused product is received at our end, we will ship out the new size provided it is
in a good condition and not damaged in any form.
I need help with styling

Well, you're in luck! We offer complimentary styling advice to all our customers. Simply write in to
contact@ishqme.com and our styling agent will be replying to you with free styling tips and
recommendation, or feel free to check out our blog or Instagram for some styling inspirations! We will
soon be launching personal styling tips by a professional styling consultant through video calls. Drop us
an email and we will intimate you once this service is launched.

Are online Payments on Ishqme.com are safe

We have tied up with www.razorpay.com one of India’s leading online payment providers to
make the purchase as simple and as seamless for you as possible. We accept all major modes of
payment including credit cards, debit cards, netbanking & UPI. We also accept Cash On Delivery.

Will I receive a a payment confirmation for my paid order?

You should receive an order and payment confirmation via email and text message within 5
minutes of completing your payment.
However, if you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, it is possible that your
order might not have been created on account of a technical issue either at our end or at the
payment gateway's end. In such cases, please do not worry, drop us an email with the details of
your payment at contact@ishqme.com and we will do our best to assist you further!
Can you offer me a custom discount code?

We understand that you are looking for the best deal. Please note our standard applicable
coupons are available on the website. Further, we run some discount campaigns around various

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier company name is
sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner website and enter the AWB # to track the
current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery. Should you have any questions

How do I use store credit?

All store credits issued as a refund method will be issued as a gift card. You will receive this gift card on your order email. The email will contain a voucher number that you must apply to your cart. The voucher will remain valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

To use your gift card, follow the steps below:

  1. Add items to your cart and select 'Checkout'.
  2. Enter your delivery address and click 'Proceed to Pay.'
  3. Choose your delivery method and click 'Proceed to Pay.'
  4. Under payment methods, select 'Use Shopify Gift Card.'
When will my order be processed?

Once your order has been placed, it takes 1-2 business days to process. Orders placed on the weekend or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for dispatch during sale periods.
My product has not been delivered yet. The number given by the courier partner is not reachable. How to contact them?

We sincerely apologize in case your order is delayed. Please reach out to us on 9080328595 or
contact@ishqme.com & order number and we will escalate the matter to the shipping partner
on your behalf
I was not available to collect my order. Will the delivery be reattempted?

Yes. If you were unavailable to collect your order, our courier partner will attempt the delivery
up to two more times. If you are aware of your future unavailability, please do inform our
customer care team on 9080328595 or contact@ishqme.com & order number so that we can
organize for the delivery at a later day
How can I change my delivery address?

Simply write in to contact@ishqme.com with your order number and new address at least 1
working day before your scheduled delivery and our customer support team will update our
system for you!
The order has been shipped, but I would like to cancel my order

Sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your order. Please note that your order has already
been shipped, so we request you to please refuse the delivery of the product and the item will
be sent back to us. If this is a prepaid order, we will initiate the refund once you have refused
the delivery. Just for feedback, please do let us know what caused you to cancel your order, this
will help us improve in future.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES RELATED

I received my order but I'd like to exchange it for something else

We completely understand if you want to change your mind after receiving a product you have ordered.
Simply write in to us at contact@ishqme.com with your order number and the items to exchange with,
and our customer happiness agent will follow up with you promptly.
Kindly note only items with original packaging in brand new condition will be accepted for exchange.
I have created a Return request. When will the product be picked up?

Number of days to pick up a product may vary as per the Logistics team that will be assigned to pick up
your product. The product will be picked anywhere between 4 – 7 days
I have created a Return request. When will I get the refund?

1. A logistics partner has been assigned to pick up the order from your address. Please make sure the
items are packed in the original packaging and ready for pick up. This will take 4-7 days.
2. Once we receive the items at our warehouse, and find the product in good condition, we will initiate
the refund.
3. We will need your bank details to refund the amount. Please share with us bank details to transfer the
amount, following details are required:
1. Account Holder name (Your name)
2. Account Number
3. Bank name
4. Bank branch name
5. IFSC Code (use this link to find your bank branch's IFSC code)
